We have developed machines for BIO-SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT for Hospitals, Hotels, college, school canteens. the kitchen waste can be processed to biogas and fertiliser. The biogas can be used in house and fertiliser can be used for vertical/ urban farming. 

1. The Improved Gobargas Plant or kitchen biogas plant (pipe design) and vertical farming to utilise kitchen waste to produce biogas and fertilizer, with a payback period of 2 years.

 General Parameters:

i. Burner normal requirement of gas is 300 ltr /hr (NTP),

ii. Normal gas requirement per person per day is 240 ltr/day (NTP).

ii. 1KWH engine normal requirement in 500 ltr/hr (NTP),

iii. Heat capacity is 6KWH / NM3 of bio-gas.

iv. Complete digestion of matter takes almost 90 days.

2. Biomass to Diesel (Liquid) BTL Machine to convert any biomass to diesel ( pyrolysis oil),bio-acid, biogas and biochar. Biogas is used in the fast pyrolysis machine and biochar can be used as fertilizer,  bio-acid as chemical for cleaning etc, diesel as fuel to engine or furnace. The approximate cost of 10 Tons per day processing machine shall be Rs.3 Cr. with a pay back period of 3 years. In addition it requires a land plot of 2000 Sq mt area with a shed in 500 Sq mt.

 We can take up this project on turnkey basis.
